Install:
Since there is no additional content added, you only need to copy the
mp_ksfact directory and all it's contents into the usermaps directory.

Original concept:
An old, but still used military factory somewhere in good mother Russia... or
something like that. A rather big map, especially made so people may use not so
conventional ways to reach their destinations, but still not too chaotic - with
enough contrast to make it more lively, and scary... who knows what's hidden in
the darkness.
