What are you kidding me!!!  The clowns that released this game did not think ahead and supply the features that are expected in this game.  For example, I for one expect a redirect.  I'm sorry, that is BS that the redirect is not working almost 3 months later.  The idiots at Treyarch and Activision are in such a rush to make their money by selling this game before Christmas that they release a busted product.  Is that why I noticed that there are almost 1,000 CoD:WaW servers less now then there were a month ago?  Is mapmodnews.com trying alienate one of the groups that help make these games different and keep the life in it?  It's CoD4 all over again.  Shame on us for buying into Activision's hype.  I liked them better when their big game was "Pitfall".  I for one have no intention of buying the next game.  I'd rather play Rise of Nations then sit around and wait for some patches that should of been part of the original release to begin with to make the gaming experience I provide for "FREE"  for other gamers fun.  Shame on Treyarch and shame or Activision for jamming this game down our throats this year just to make the Christmas sales.  If you want to boycott something you are boycotting the wrong product.  Leave the guys who, in their own time ,create a better gaming experience for the whole CoD community, alone.  They are doing this for you and me.  Now Claire, how do you show your appreciation for all this hard work?  You flame these unpaid coders and modders because they are trying to work with a product that shouldn't even left the BETA testing stage.  Who's side are you on?  Now, what do these guys (who do this for free and on their own time) get for their troubles??? BANNED??? I'd buy them all a drink right now just for their effort.  It's the least that me and everyone one of the PC gaming community can do for them!  Treyarch and Activison are doing this to line the pockets with our hard earned money (including your money Claire) and laughing at us along the way.

I write articles that are informative and can be helpfull for people to make up their own minds on what is going on in the game-industry.

Well the long awaited patch came out today.  What a failure.  JD really took us all for a ride.  I guess it doens't matter what RGN has done because this game is just one big abortion.  Stick up for them if you want, i'm done with this title. 

busting on  Claire Claws is no way to be. i have seen more sense from Claire on the official game boards and here about CoD:WW than anywhere else

Certainly everybody is entitled to their opinion, as I am entitled to mine.  Supporting a boycott against one of the few groups who devote their time and effort so YOU can enjoy this game is ridiculous.  Ask yourself  this the next time you're playing on a modded server???  Who made it, the company that has your money already and does not care about you anymore, or the guys who try to make this game better than the idiots that lined their pockets your YOUR hard earned money and gave you a lousy product.  I think it's a no brainer.

oh and just fyi......we shut our servers down long ago and fucused on other games   if/when Treyarch decides to fix WaW, we will revisit. as long as the next CoD installment hasn't steamrolled it.   making demands when you have no leverage just makes you look a bit childish imo

Didn't see you two making more comments....   "Supporting a boycott against one of the few groups ...  '  Which boycott ? There is no RGN boycott.  RGN just doesn't stands for fun. RGN stands for ´troop of hungry wolfs´.  There was a time RGN had some off. forum power. Censoring and banning was all they had to offer to the CoD community.  If I had the ambition to become a pro mapper or modder I wouldn´t share my idea´s on a RGN forum. In the past a certain RGN person published the work from young mappers under his own name on filefront. Same guy lost all his moderator jobs because he was dishonest and lied big lies about this.  But where can you find this kind info about RGN ?  Answer is simple. No where. All got deleted.
