Release Patch 1.6 and Mappack 3 - PC CoD WaW

Hourly update on the Release of Patch 1.6 and Mappack 3 for the PC version CoD: WaW.

All of the localized builds for various languages got the thumbs up. Steam is looking good. Mod Tools update is good to go. Linux server is now ready for QA. It includes some anticipated bug fixes. Barring unexpected issues Treyarch is on target to release the 1.6 patch.
