Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 - NO resetting of ranks/leaderboard on release day !

Although..... Infinity Ward's community manager Fourzerotwo reassured Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 fans on November 1 that there will be NO unfair advantage gained by players obtaining Modern Warfare 2 early (PIRACY), with a full leaderboard and level reset to be carried out prior to the game's official launch.
On November 8th, the following information was given to us by a twittering 402:
"Any players who purchased a legit retail copy will not be reset or banned. Only modded / pirate versions will be."
The majority of this week's Xbox 360 MW2 buyers now request a level—not a leaderboard—reset on November 10th, 2009.
If Activision Blizzard or Infinity Ward do care about the equality of all the players, they shall do so.
