German PC copies of Modern Warfare 2 dont work correctly

The German Modern Warfare2 PC version gets in installed in... English.
And trying to change this manually causes the game to crash. For one; the German multiplayer.exe is missing
STEAM tries to download German files to your PC but in the end is just one big failure and removing the whole install is only option.
When you're German and your game works... in whatever language... Don't try to change it into German language. Because with a working game you are one of the lucky ones.
