ESL Germany goes comMod

It is with great pleasure that today we see the start of the German ESL temporary leagues. With this news comes the delight in seeing that comMod v1.3 has been chosen as the offical modification to be used in the leagues. This follows the same recent annoucement that ESL Spain made some weeks ago.
