With Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 comes DirectX 11

Gamedeveloper Treyarch has dedicated PC platform team, with still many who worked on the PC version of Call of Duty: World at War and the first CoD: Black Ops. And they have re-engineered the Call of Duty game-engine so that the PC version of Black Ops 2 will use the power of DirectX 11. Finally !
Studiohead Mark Lamia : “We’ve worked on our graphics system, the game looks phenomenal on the PC.”
He also noted. “We’ve been working on our anti-cheat systems. We really wanna protect the integrity of the experience that people have online.”
But we have been told this, before every release in the past 6 years now, since IWNet was introduced. So it's hard to believe that with Black Ops 2 those stupid hacked lobbies are a thing of the past...
